Blanchard Management Essentials is a world-class leadership programme, delivered locally for New Zealand managers. It’s perfect for upskilling new managers or sharpening the skills of experienced leaders. This practical, one-day course draws on The One Minute Manager® and introduces the Four Core Conversations model alongside the Four Essential Skills — creating a powerful framework for managing people and performance.

It helps leaders answer their team members’ three key questions:

  • What do I need to do? (Goal Setting Conversation)
  • Am I on the right track? If not, what do I need to change? (Praising and/or Redirecting Conversations)
  • How did I go with that task or project, and what can we learn? (Wrapping Up Conversations)

During this hands-on workshop, participants explore the manager mindset and practise their skills using real scenarios brought by the group — making the learning relevant and immediately useful.

When:  Wednesday 30th July 2025, 9am to 4.30pm
