After completing this course, participants will be trained to

• Compare how you see your leadership style with the views of your boss, colleagues, and team members
• Develop competent and committed team members by accurately diagnosing their development stage and adapting your leadership style accordingly
• Agree on the right level of direction and support to help your people reach their goals
• Apply SLII concepts to real-life situations using case studies, games, and video scenarios

Delivery: Tuesday 1st & Wednesday 2nd September 2026, 8.30am to 5.00pm daily
